LOL.
When you clicked someone's comment/post, it would show the things a user has recommended. Like here: http://gamecat235.kinja.com/
Now the comment/post display has changed, and it displays your recent comments. Like here: http://oppositelock.jalopnik.com/kinky-14637805…
I purposely configured my account so all my comments wouldn't show when someone visited "my blog." They don't make sense out of context, and I only wanted my posts to be visible.
I also unrecommended all posted I had clicked in the past, so I could have some fun with it whenever someone looked at my " Recommended posts "
Speaking of that link I just put in here, My "recommended posts", have now become "Top Stories" on my home page.

The behavior is continuously changing at the moment. There is a bit of a conversation with Lauren over on the product blog: http://product.kinja.com/an-update-to-p…
!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!

Yeah, it looks like now we're getting the post titles like Lauren said, though they're still linking to individual comments.
About the only positive thing I can say about these most recent changes is that it now makes it easier for me to not recommend a post that I'd really like to recommend so that it would show in my sidebar, but because I'm an admin, it would make the headline font explode.
While in addition to those couple of things I mentioned in reply to the Product post, one of the beauties of this previous system was that there was no front-end record of who recommended a comment, so we could boost and ungray contrary opinions without fear.
